    Thanks.

Pretty certain Deron disapproves of this thread.
  8. The kid wants a few download sites. Big deal. Downloading isn't the worst thing in the world. Take it as a godsend ffs. One day you might become broke and will non afford CDs. What will you rely on then?
  9. Well information technology may be closed soon anyway. Oh well. Not like I care too much nigh this thread. I just approve of downloading and find it unethical how people shame it.

For the tape, pirating isn't stealing.

Say you're near to purchase a loaf of bread from a store, some weird creeper notices y'all buying the bread and gives y'all the recipe for it for some reason and you get home and make some staff of life for yourself.

    That's pirating. Not stealing.

  12. Definition of pirate (one of, anyway):Purchasing music implies authorization. Downloading music applies unauthorized use.

It'south ane thing if y'all download with the intention of buying the music later. It's another if you lot download without purchasing anything. THAT is stealing.

    ^This.

With your analogy, Satanist Hobo, you lot yet need to purchase the ingredients. With the mode you go far sound, its similar getting the tablature and recording it all past yourself.

  14. Alot of the time its considered "bankroll up files" or "promoting" so it can't exist justified equally stealing. Thats why it however exists.

Those pirating commercials thus are rather worthless. What they say can never be justified, at least at this moment.

Also you goto think virtually the people uploading the files. THEY actually accept the time to buy the material and distribute it. They are SHARING their earnings.

  15. How is backing up your files pirating? That's like saying putting 90% of your earnings from work in a savings account is embezzlement.

If someone is handing out their music to people, and so they are authorized to use said textile and it isn't pirating.

  16. Think of the programs you use. A lot of the sites where you download these "software downloading programs" state that they are used to "support files".
  17. I don't download anything unless it's updates for things similar Firefox or my GPS organization and they say that to become around statutes that say what they are doing is illegal.
  18. Perhaps your right but fifty-fifty if thats true, it can not be stopped.
  19. I am right. You're trying to justify what amounts to petty theft and that makes you a criminal, basically.

It can be stopped, simply the curtailing of such things is being done incorrectly imo. I can't really stop people from downloading at all. I tin only tell them what they are doing is, indeed, petty theft in a very rudimentary sense.
